So I had a new referral sent over I called the office to ask them how far they are scheduling the lady Who answered the phone wanted to get hood so we got hood I will never recommend this place. I had the insurance re route to Sacramento very unprofessional here
I can't give it 0 stars, but it's what it deserves. Since last year... they've been changing my mom's appointment, and finally yesterday they called to confirm the next day appointment. Today we waited an hour and thirty minutes only to be told they had to reschedule it for another day because the doctor said so. This place should be more serious about following up with patients or giving advance notice if they can't see them. And I waited another 20 minutes to talk to the manager and he never showed up.
