This Place is a Time Sink! I ordered a motorcycle from this team, and they confidently told me it'd arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. What happened instead? After a grueling three-month wait, they casually informed me my order would now take six months or even longer! That means my new bike might not show up until the end of the year. Brought my brand new bike there for a warranty issue. Tried charging me almost $200. Too lazy to put it through kawasaki first. The lady was friendly but not impressed with the customer service.
