Whatever you do - do not use this company! Buying a home is stressful enough, so you want a good partner working besides you - that is not Community Mortgage Funding! We were working with Allen Young, and when he wasn't on vacation he wouldn't respond to our emails. He misspelled our names on very important documents, didn't happen to mention that we were going to get a super high interest rate, and would add rush fees to items that we didn't ask for.
