On 12/30/2014 I had no heat. I am 77 years old and had been without heat for 2 1/2 days. I had reviewed the furnace problem with Jonathan, the owner, on the 29th. At 11 pm it became apparent I needed the new furnace. Jonathan had called to be sure there was a furnace and supplies available on our original conversation.
