Being homeless is already humiliating and depressing so when u have a petty power driven staff member chastising you over a non issue, takes the CARE right out of what the rest are trying to do. She lacks the empathy we need in our situation. She doesn't realize she is pushing people over the edge of an already hopeless time in our lives.

Do not waste your time. This is an UNGODLY place to turn to for help. Most of the staff I've spoken to via phone were rude, ignorant, would not even give me their first name when asked I was told, "They call me the Mrs. Intake Lady." Who in there right state of mind, in a professional setting, and a person of God speaks to another human being like that? Let alone a person who it homeless and in desperate need of help?!
