I’ve had my mother’s storage at COMMUNITY MINI STORAGE of Marin for over 10 years, and Andrew, one of the owners, has been absolutely wonderful throughout. He’s consistently helpful, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make things easy. Karen and Andrew, the owners, are both great—friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciate all their help over the years and highly recommend COMMUNITY MINI STORAGE of Marin.

Save yourself, and don’t use this place. Not only did our unit become infested with rats, which decided to nest in my clothes, but it also leaked in both the front and the back of the unit. This combined damage is over $7,000 and counting. All our stuff is either COVERED in rat poop, wet or torn apart. We used the recommended insurance, which we now find out only covers $500 in rodent damage. When I went to the owner Karen, to ask for a partial refund for poor service on our 18-month stay (which cost us over $6000), she was ... read more
