Having been with them back in 2020 then making a complaint on my service wich go me where, 5 years later my mental health ten times worse for various reasons had a initial assessment never even passed it this time, when they accepted me last time, this time my mental health worse terrible
Was under their care from September 2024 til January 2025. They did nothing other than phone me once a week asking if I'm eating or drinking. I asked for help, more and more. Explained I'm struggling to go outside, I'm struggling at work, and I'm not managing anymore, finances out of control, social life gone. They just watched me lose my entire life and did nothing other than those one week useless phone calls. Asking them for help was a total waste of time.
Dreadful. In urgent need of regulator inspection before someone is hurt from their inaction. Avoid at all costs.
Not much good at all. Crisis team and GP are working doubly hard because this CMHT aren’t doing their job keeping in contact with the person under their care. Lucky if phone call is picked up as I was told there is only 1 person (administrator) on the phones.
Very kind lady on the phone, patient and helpful.
