I have been with CMHCM for about 2–3 years now. Every visit I’ve had with Dr. Lyon has normally been good, until yesterday. The nurse, Michelle, who usually checks me in, is always great and super friendly. Unfortunately… she wasn’t there this time. You have to do everything your self they make you wait a half hour after the appointment was made, the employees are not there either I walked through a whole wing of cubicle offices, not one person in there and if you call to talk to someone you get a B's response and then you have to wait a w
This place is amazing. My therapist, case manager, and employment specialist are all extremely helpful and kind. I haven't had a bad experience with any of them after months of treatment and I always feel like my time is valued. The staff in office are always kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place.
Its a scam. Waste of time. Nobody is qualified to diagnose you or help you in anyway with your mental health. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
If I could give a zero review I would. What a waste of time with this place. My son clearly has ADHD. I took him to this place for an assessment. My son has no reason to lie. He told me that they said they think that he has ADHD. I stopped there today to get a paper stating this to bring to his Dr. appointment tomorrow so we can see if he can get some meds so that he can actually hold down a job.
