I did the intake, they told me that I had to pay for services, then I did another intake and they told me that I couldn't take services. I m disappointed in how the intake was handled. It was not clear to me at all.
So I believe most of the therapists are really good. However there is some kind of systemic failure at the administrative level. So you can report someone who licensed to LARA. There is a website for the state of Michigan. You can also file a recipient right’s complaint.
This place is an absolute joke!! Supposed to be counseling but literally do not know how to treat or speak to children!! Can't treat autism because obviously it's more important for a family therapist to go out of her way to be disrespectful to my grandson in every way. Speaking poorly to him trying to purposely trigger him and just out right disrespectful!!!! I am personally calling the governor office, this place has no business being open. The counselors have no education as far as I can see . They just take up space to c... read more

Take this with a grain of salt, since I have never been a patient here, however, when I went in with a friend to their appointment I was stunned at how much every worker here seemed like they hated being there and how eager they seemed to take their frustrations out on patients. The other reviews really confirm what I immediately suspected. I have met nurses and receptionists with bad attitudes and I am sympathetic, truly, it's not easy work; but this place really crossed a line.
