I have been a patient here for a long time, I have never had my meds be right. They switched my meds every month to two months for over a year and they put me through switching doctors multiple times. Their most recent offense consists of no phone call returns when you call their medline which is supposed to get you a call back within 48 hours. I called three times a couple weeks ago all 48 hrs apart each time and never received a call back so my wife got ahold of their supervisor and I then received the call I had been wait... read more
Taking away someone’s mobility aid is a hate crime. It can be classified as such since none of the other patients were treated like me. They treated me like any other patient until they found out I was disabled and need assistance. They refused to assist someone in crisis because they were not calm. If you have any condition or issue that keeps you from being calm 24/7 then this is not the facility for you. Admitted myself and asked for help numerous times and was ignored. The best people I ever met in mental health service. They actually care about their clients, they treat you like a part of the family. I found out the best way to help myself is to help others first.
