Taking away someone’s mobility aid is a hate crime. It can be classified as such since none of the other patients were treated like me. They treated me like any other patient until they found out I was disabled and need assistance. They refused to assist someone in crisis because they were not calm. If you have any condition or issue that keeps you from being calm 24/7 then this is not the facility for you. Admitted myself and asked for help numerous times and was ignored. Great service, as long as you put in the work and are determined to listen to what they are telling you.
The best people I ever met in mental health service. They actually care about their clients, they treat you like a part of the family. I found out the best way to help myself is to help others first.
The staff were great! They made me feel welcomed, included and understood. I would 9/10 recommend to anyone struggling.
