I’m a new patient here and I’m already having a negative experience. “Amena” or whatever her name is, is disrespectful. She’s the one who worked in med management. Already threatening to discharge me as a young adult with many issues. If you want a medicine prescriber do not go to her. Dry tone, unsympathetic, trying to test me. In general the Wtby location does not follow up, reach out or run the extended day program effectively. When asked to speak with director twice . (Crickets).....
This is the most unprofessional environment. They no show to appointments. Sporadically lose staff and seem to forget they had clients. Have you restart intake as if its your fault and the replacement can't seem to keep an appointment. You call and can't seem to get anyone to help. 1000% do NOT recommend this place
Not only was this place dirty, One of the therapists did not listen to my loved one, and nearly endangered them. I don’t recommend this place if you have intrusive thoughts or any kind of psychosis.
