This facility allows ethics violations with children and does not care about children's health by allowing other facilities under their supervision to violate ethics. After bringing abuse allegations they failed to report.
I’ve had amazing care here- I wouldn’t be alive without the treatment I got from here. Update: I will specify there are some great therapists here. The DBT program especially saved my butt. However, I’d never recommend the psychologists here.
Unprofessional, rude and highly disrespectful to patients sitting in the waiting room. Overheard staff trash talking the people sitting in the lobby. Don't go here
Frankly, they blow. They don't care. They see you as mentally ill and so they think they're right and you're just a crazy person who doesn't deserve to be listened to. They will not listen to your complaints so don't even bother and just find somewhere else to go. The front desk people are crotchety. Do yourself a huge favor and search 'medicaid Midland Mi counseling' on google and go to psychologytoday. CMH is NOT the only place that takes Medicaid so don't feel hopeless.
