*** update***I go to New York City for a vacation, and I need help in Idaho for housing so I can go back, and they discharge me from the service because I go to New York on vacation, and they leave me stuck in New York City without a way to get home, and I'm gravely disabled. Not proper counselors or therapists . Definitely not a professional atmosphere. More worried about getting paid than actually helping people. Worthless and pathetic DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience I have EVER had at a counseling office

My Nephew had a great and educational experience. I would highly advise their services. I wish I had known about this sooner.
Made an appointment with them. Showed up 15 minutes early. They called as we pulled up and we said we are here. Lady said just come up and ring the doorbell so we did, twice, and waited 15 minutes. I seen an office worker look right at me and keep going. We waited another 5 minutes out in the cold. Not a good thing for a mental health place. We will be watching to make sure they don’t bill my insurance.
