While I was seeing Dr. Joseph, I would have rated it a 1, maybe 2 stars at best. He was always super late for appointments which he would attend through video. He was very cold, not relatable or personable in any way, and he never seemed to listen. I changed meds probably 4 or 5 tines over the span of 4 or 5 months. Since switching to Dr. Smoes, things have been great. She listens, asks the right questions, she's on time, and it only took a few visits to find a medication regimen that I have now been on for roughly a year or... read more
