There is a new 5 minute policy. We were 8 minutes late and the dr refused to see my child, yet the dr is late to all of our appts. She would have been late to this appt since she had her last appt in the room still. Why can the dr be late to the appt every time but the patient cannot be late even 1 time. I have never been late before, and I called to let them know I would be. This is ridiculous. Most dr have a 15 minute grace policy.
Janet is a horrible person. She called to schedule for my husband because they received a referral. She demanded I get my husband out of the shower for her to speak to him, because apparently speaking to his wife that schedules everything is an issue for her. She blew up my phone for this. Then called my husband's phone, that I have permission to answer, getting loud and victimizing herself like we were the problem. Always in and out, the doctors here are amazing and take your individual situation seriously. I’ve been going here for a couple years and have no complaints.
Therapy here is a joke. The therapist, if you can call them that, DO NOT CARE about the patients at all. Neil Blue told me to my face that he did not care to hear anymore of my issues because that is not what the appointment was for. He asked me what I expected from him because he was "overwhelmed with the patient load and not every one will get the help they need." Dr. Sundar is absolutely horrible. Rude, unprofessional and presumptuous. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!!!
