My experience at this doctor’s office has consistently been unprofessional. I have never felt that my concerns or symptoms were taken seriously. Each time I have met with Dr. Lupe Yepez, she has seemed rushed and inattentive, rarely taking the time to understand the issue I was dealing with. I've been a long-time patient of CMH Ashwood, and the quality of care has declined significantly over the years. Most recently, after Ventura OBGYN closed and some of their doctors moved here, I had an especially troubling experience. Despite noting that I was a returning patient, staff did not access my prior records or ask about them. Instead, I was assigned new testing without any comparative analysis to my past results, which would have been medically relevant.
