I can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday morning. Gives me the brain juice I need to have a more pleasant week. Meditation taught me how to relax and become more mindful. The Buddhist teachings are simply a treasure and something everyone can benefit from regardless of religion, race, etc. You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from the teachings.
