Glorious way to start the week! CMC services are inspiring and not "churchy." Quite wonderful to be eased into group meditation with Allan's wonderful voice, and to enjoy his deep-yet-simple talks, followed by a Q+A. Lovely people, and tea & chocolates! A great find on the UWS <3
A friendly and diverse community led by a guiding teacher of great wisdom, warmth and wit.
Great community to join. For beginners and serious practitioners alike. Allan is a highly skilled teacher, as in, a great presenter/performer/organizer. And he is well versed in the teachings of the Buddha. Highly recommended.
