The services are affordable and the providers are extremely nice and professional. I have all my checks here and I highly recommend this place.
Whatever you do avoid avoid avoid. Every single time i come here it’s something. They have a phlebotomist that’s scared to stick patients, the receptionist are sweet, but they stay putting people on hold and sometimes forget it’s happened 2x before. But today drew the line when i checked in at 3:50 for my 4 oclock appt just to receive results and it wasnt tooo busy today and by 5 oclock i still wasnt seen. The location isn’t the best. There’s never parking and the front desk girls are rude and very unprofessional. Whether you have an appointment or you’re a walk In patient you’ll be there for quite some time. My over all experience with the Dr was “ok” but everything else from calling (waiting an hour to speak to someone) , setting the appointment, arriving , wait time and results is unpleasant.
