Really wanted to like it here because of the long hours and they are opened 1 Saturday a month . The appointments where always rushed . Every time it was a new doctor and I didn’t feel heard even when I showed results of test . I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously. My last straw was when I had a podiatry appointment at 4:30 , I left work early to be there so I lost hours . I waited to be seen for the podiatry to tell me she didn’t have time to remove my ingrown toe nail . That was not my fault and they could have called to r... read more
I love going to this Dr office right here the nurses are cool and very sufficient and you can ask personal questions and the Dr will deliver your answer with truth hurt , love it
The front desk/reception personnel don't want to work. They come late, and then dawdle and avoid calls, put on hold. What exactly happens when the pay is not tied to serving customers.
