I have been going here for far too long (7 years) and have followed every rule they have ever given me. I was on monthly doses and received a call on Thursday informing me I was reduced to dailies from my counselor. Apparently a nurse called me and left me a voicemail the day prior for a medication call back. Well, I get 20+ spam calls a day and heavily rely on voicemails to filter through the noise. If I could give a zero i would. I have 4 years clean and at the end of my treatment I lost insurance thru my job so I got blue cross blue shield. They do not recognize cms as therapeutic treatment... I see why now. Instead if figuring out how to help me they kicked me to the curb. I took an fmla to get through the withdrawals then cms refused to fill them out. So I went to pcp they wont help either because my treatment is through cms..I just lost my job of 4 years grooming dogs because of CMS..... thats what I get for going ... read more
