Wonderful place. Amazing staff.
If I could give a zero i would. I have 4 years clean and at the end of my treatment I lost insurance thru my job so I got blue cross blue shield. They do not recognize cms as therapeutic treatment... I see why now. Instead if figuring out how to help me they kicked me to the curb. I took an fmla to get through the withdrawals then cms refused to fill them out. So I went to pcp they wont help either because my treatment is through cms..I just lost my job of 4 years grooming dogs because of CMS..... thats what I get for going ... read more

Dr Chris and his staff are nothing short of amazing words can't describe what Angels they really are on this Earth. This is what I like to call my In-N-Out clinic because it's unlike any other CMS in Southern Arizona you can be in and out of here in less than 30 minutes on your first day.
