Best methadone clinic around shawna is the best , Chris is pretty cool too and the counselors are great !
They won’t let you in if you have emergency medical attention due to their negligence even I tried to walk in and it five minutes till close yet they turned me away regardless knowing I have seizures if I don’t dose daily, it was not my fault but an issue with transportation trouble through medical assistance transportation which is absolutely ridiculous. They serve a vulnerable community and HENNEPIN COUNTY ADDICTION MEDICINE IS THE CLINC YOU HAVE TO GO TO INSTEAD IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED CORRECTLY AND WITH DIGNITY
I have been a client at CMS for about a year and a half, they have this thing called “medication call-backs” that means they can call you anyday and inform you that you need to bring your take home medication into the clinic and take it infornt of their face to “make sure” you’re doing “what’s right” I got the call 12/8/2025 I was told to come in 12/9/2025 I informed the person that called me that I had court 12/9/2025 beginning at 9:30am the clinic doesn’t open until 10:30am they told me if I didn’t come in they would take ... read more
While I agree with most other reviews, staff is great etc, they don't work with you. They continue to increase your dose if you want. They don't encourage weaning off. I had to do that myself. They also don't tell you that you don't need to dose every 24 hours.
Smart staff , knowledgeable and competent and committed!
