I have been trying to figure out my treatment for a month and a half and I got one of the staff Chris he was so amazing and took him 24 hours to figure out a place for me to get a intake date, he was very thoughtful and helpful
They are pretty cool they try to get everyone in and out Respect takes you a long way so treat people how you want to be treated!! They have always treated me well
Best methadone clinic around shawna is the best , Chris is pretty cool too and the counselors are great !
They won’t let you in if you have emergency medical attention due to their negligence even I tried to walk in and it five minutes till close yet they turned me away regardless knowing I have seizures if I don’t dose daily, it was not my fault but an issue with transportation trouble through medical assistance transportation which is absolutely ridiculous. They serve a vulnerable community and HENNEPIN COUNTY ADDICTION MEDICINE IS THE CLINC YOU HAVE TO GO TO INSTEAD IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED CORRECTLY AND WITH DIGNITY
I have been a client at CMS for about a year and a half, they have this thing called “medication call-backs” that means they can call you anyday and inform you that you need to bring your take home medication into the clinic and take it infornt of their face to “make sure” you’re doing “what’s right” I got the call 12/8/2025 I was told to come in 12/9/2025 I informed the person that called me that I had court 12/9/2025 beginning at 9:30am the clinic doesn’t open until 10:30am they told me if I didn’t come in they would take ... read more
