In town for the weekend took a friend here to get the scheduled dose. Waited over a hour and half plus there was no nurse available the rep is rude and unprofessional. When the “nurse” did arrive she’s walking slow already late for her shift on the phone texting talking to patients hair not done no is in uniforms. This place is ran like a trap house!!! Poor customer service
So when first coming to Community Medical I walked in, heard of the place through Word of Mouth. At the front desk there was a gentleman, named Chris, Sitting at the front desk who was so nice welcoming just had such a laid-back comfortable vibe. It literally took all of my nervousness and anxiety away. Chris Explained the entire process that I needed to do In order to enroll at CMS. I can honestly that Chris is reason that I came to CMS.
I have been trying to figure out my treatment for a month and a half and I got one of the staff Chris he was so amazing and took him 24 hours to figure out a place for me to get a intake date, he was very thoughtful and helpful
They are pretty cool they try to get everyone in and out Respect takes you a long way so treat people how you want to be treated!! They have always treated me well
Best methadone clinic around shawna is the best , Chris is pretty cool too and the counselors are great !
