If you are looking to be clean from street opiates_ seek no further. Great place. MJ at front desk very kind, pleasant, and professional. Friendly staff. Will accommodate you to the best of their abilities. My only disappointment is losing my counselor M, whom I felt brought a special energy to the entire domain. *Always remember these clinics are businesses. They are not meant for long term care. People seem to forget that fact.
STAY AWAY!!!!! Tried ombudsman.cms held it over his head. They caused a massive billing issue, we made payments and tried to work w them on payment plans only to be ignored & strong armed into a massive payment. It's not like we are losers who don't pay. Friendly staff clean environment councilors are great the Dr actually cares and knows what shes talking about when it comes to dosing and how your feeling highly recommend this place me and my fiance have been going here for over 8 years!
It's clear that the facility's primary concern is making money. Their policy for phasing is that you have to have $0 balance. Even when you are doing everything else right and set up a payment plan, and are paying toward said payment plan. It isn't right. Also they don't gaf about respecting your time, you tell them you just got done working all night and they still drag out your counseling session, you have an appointment across town and they will take you out of the queue and make you 20 minutes late.
