It's clear that the facility's primary concern is making money. Their policy for phasing is that you have to have $0 balance. Even when you are doing everything else right and set up a payment plan, and are paying toward said payment plan. It isn't right. Also they don't gaf about respecting your time, you tell them you just got done working all night and they still drag out your counseling session, you have an appointment across town and they will take you out of the queue and make you 20 minutes late.
Community Medical Services has been a huge part of my recovery journey. The staff truly cares, and the program gives you the tools and support you need to succeed. I’ve felt heard, encouraged, and guided every step of the way, which has made a big difference for me. The only downside is that if you’re on a payment plan, you can’t “phase up” for take-home doses until your balance is completely paid off. Great place. MJ very kind, pleasant, and professional.
They are here to help people suffering from addiction. For the most they do a very good job with helping. But for long term and continuous recovery they lack a lot. They are very quick at stopping phases and taking them completely away. A lot of grievances get filed and need to be filed against them. If they could get things running properly then it would be a very nice and laid back place to go.
