This place killed my daughter they gave her a 7 day supply on a Thursday and that Monday they gave her a dose in 15 mins my daughter was dead ! I hope you don't use this place or you'll be in my shoes loosing your only daughter ! this place should be shut down !

Hey everyone my name is Marisela. I have been going to the c.m.s on park ave in Tucson AZ for about a year now . It's been a struggle to get sober but I finally did it . I am feeling so much better. I'd like to thank Randy for going above and beyond for me. The doctors there also helped me a lot. I am grateful to have their support. I don't think I would be where I am in my sobriety if I didn't have them. I am Extremely grateful to everyone there and Jen (boss lady).
C.M.S has helped me in so many ways... Most importantly it honestly saved my life no joke. They where able to get me a grant I had no insurance no access nothing. I have been in and out of detox and rehabs through Southern Arizona. I was an addict for way too long.. I was treated with nothing but respect and I would really like to thank each and everyone of you.
