After 9 years I'm going someplace else due to a rude inappropriate comment made to me on front of other people when it wasn't me that caused the issue and people told her that. I’m incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this medical office. Scheduling an appointment was already a challenge—long hold times and unhelpful staff—but the real issue started from, The front desk staff were dismissive and seemed irritated. This used to be the best place you could hope for but in the last year they have gotten so political that I actually dread coming here what ev punks!
I really wish I could give them -10 stars. They don’t even deserve a one star review when I first came to the clinic. I explained to them my dosing schedule and that I was transferring care my provider I. Phx to then and I told this to four different people, they completely ignored it and then they tried to overdose me on the medication when I told them that they were giving me way too much.
