I showed up at Cms 3 days into being sick and that same day they helped me… that was 3 months ago and ever since then I have stayed committed to staying clean. I used to be anti-mat but with my recent relapse, it was too hard to stop by myself. I needed help and they offered it! Everyone here is just so sweet and caring too. Absolutely cannot express how much I am thankful for the people who come every single day to deal with people who have addiction. The absolute disrespect they have to deal with on a daily basis is astronomical and yet they still continue to attend to the needs of the very people who spit and cuss at them when it's never good enough or they get caught smoking/doing drugs in the bathroom and asked to leave or gets written up. This location's staff has demonstrated incompetence, rudeness, and dishonesty. Their lack of concern for patients is concerning, and allegations of corruption have been widely reported by patients. Hopefully they change out their staff and hire employees who actually care and want to help their clients, ESPECIALLY in times of need before they get shut down permanently.

Ive had not a single bad experience until recently they tell me that i owe 200$ for co-pays even though I'm on medicare with no deductible and zero co pays. So this has me a little confused and upset but other then that they are great!
