They are so supportive and caring but are also professional
I’ve been to a few clinics in Madison and a couple out of state on trips and this is BY FAR the best of them all! All the staff have been amazing (Mariann, Tanya, Isabelle, Jill, Kayla, Mary, Emily, Lisa, and Mindy, are GREAT) and you can tell they genuinely care! I came right after they opened. The staff that stays is great. We have had some growing pains like the ridiculous time change. But the doctor,nurses, and counselors really care about the patients. I wish we were listened to a little more when it comes to a few things, but it’s better in a lot of ways compared to the other local clinics. I haven’t had any issues after changing clinics and it’s nice to have people actually advocate for you and not just for a pay check. So thank you for that.
