I first off want to thank Ms. Tina L. for her AMAZINGGGG support and service! I was nervous about switching to a new clinic and from the start she assured me that I was in the right place and that I was going to get taken care of! She made sure to inform me of every step before it was even happening! She made sure I was comfortable and asked if there was anything I needed. Jamie is legit the best counselor I've ever had. She's so unbiased and does not judge, in fact she's very much helpful and cares for her clients even though she's very busy, she makes sure she takes her time on each client. She is the first counselor to actually help me get my take homes without having to ask, I thought I wasn't eligible and found I was and after years of being here could have had take homes many times but none of my other counselors ever helped me get them. My counselor ended up leaving and I had help from Jamie for awhile, she is amazing! She has so many people on her caseload and she still always gets things done right away and is sooo helpful and informative.
