How about not having someone who is fresh out of phlebotomy school doing important blood draws on ppl. Someone's life could be at stake and yall are using folks out here for pin cushions and guinea pigs. Plz do better, smh
I came to Community Medical Group for routine blood work. I fasted as instructed, but was never told I would also need to provide a urine sample, which was already an inconvenience. The real issue was the blood draw. The person drawing my blood appeared to be a trainee, which I understand everyone has to learn — but there should be limits. I have large, visible veins and I was stabbed multiple times in my right arm, with missed attempts, and then she moved to my other arm and missed again — not even close to the vein.
