This office is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I’ve been here twice, and both times they tried to tell me I missed my appointment—despite me having confirmation texts and proof on their own app with the correct time. They’re clearly trying to cover up their own scheduling mistakes. Today, I had a confirmed appointment at 12:45, and when I arrived, I was told the doctor had already gone to lunch.
