I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Jader Harlow and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Harlow was attentive, thorough, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire visit. The staff was equally kind, efficient, and helpful — they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent care and a friendly environment. Thank you all!
This place is a joke and they are in no hurry to see patients. Every time I take my uncle there to see his doctor he is there 2+ hours…. Today he had a 12 o’clock appointment. I got him there early, but he did not get out till two hours later at 2 pm… I seen people coming and going as I wait on him . I went there A few times a few years ago myself and experienced the same problem and stopped because how slow and unprofessional they are….. I brought my mother to this facility after being discharged from the hospital. This office was clean and the staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Dr.Tortolero took her time with my mother and explained her treatment plan. Shout out to Paula, Amanda, Maria and Damaris for answering all of my questions. You ladies were great!!!
0 star Heartless and unacceptable. I visited Community Medical Group in Havendale, FL (33823) with my disabled son, who has cerebral palsy and a rare chromosomal condition, hoping to find better care. After filling out all the paperwork and showing both our IDs, they refused to see him just because I didn’t have a guardianship document — even though I’m his biological mother and full-time caregiver.
