I've been going to this clinic for a while and it's the worst so far. Such a disappointment
Everytime i try and call i never get an answer or the line says the offices is closed and i call around 10am or so. At the hours they should be open. The past few times ive gone to take my son , his appt will be at a certain time like at 11am and they wont call us back until 1230. There was a time i waited 2 hours and it turned out the front desk forgot to tell the nurses we were there. After i checked in. The doctor is good i have no complains there i just wish the front desk attended people better.
The staff members are rude.
