The ER staff is beyond messed up!!!!! Their priorities are Screwed!!! To leave a 3 year old with numbing gel on his head injury for an hour while you do shift change and whatever else... Not caring for my child... They have time to twist things around like asking for a walkout statement and turning it into me refusing to leave... And calling the cops on me REALLY... They are awful about billing the right insurance. I've given people there over the phone my insurance 5+ times, and even went in there to change it. Still keep getting massive bills from them and even ones that almost go to collections because they won't do their job.
Hailey and emily were wonderful nurses and Dr. Burke in not only a great doctor, but an amazing surgeon. Thanks so much for taking such great care of me.
I came in on Thursday with terrible pain had to have surgery so I'm on the second floor with the most wonderful nurses, Emily and Haeli you gals rock at your job I've never felt so comfortable and at home like I have here God bless you all. Thanks
I'm so impressed by this place. I love the people that work there and it's amazing the things they are capable of doing all at one location.
The billing at CMC is so poor I have put a note in my vehicles and wallet if I am injured DO NOT TAKE ME TO COMMUNITY MEDICAL CENTER. I have requested to speak with someone higher up in billing and apparently there is no such person. Nice to know no one is in charge, that way no one is accountable for ineptness. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I recommend if you are having a similar experience you do the same.
I and a TLH January 6th 2016. Dr Burke is a very skilled amazing surgeon. He is very caring and goes above and beyond to make sure all your questions and concerns are answered. My nurse Brandi was incredible! She totally put my mind at ease. Dr Gordon Gray did an outstanding job with anesthesia. First time I did not get sick. You guys are great! Keep up the good work!
We just had our 2nd baby here and he had to undergo surgery at 3 days old. We are so thankful and blessed that Dr Beals was there to perform the surgery and walk us through the entire process. He is an amazing and gifted surgeon! We are so thankful for Dr Burke And all the nurses in the NICU. Our little guy is doing awesome. We are so thankful for Community.
I recently had surgery at Community and I have to say that I have never received better care. Dr. Burke is amazing. I trust him completely and truly feel like he cares about me as a person. All of the nurses in the recovery/post op ward were simply the best. Nurse Mark definitely deserves special mention for going above and beyond.
