They refused my daughter with a disability access even though she was wearing a face shield that covered her entire face that has been accepted at other medical facilities in other towns in the state. She was super rude and unhelpful and ignored the face my child has a disability and is exempt. We usually go to WTMA lab who are super accommodating and efficient. Dr. Ted Hackl, MD and staff have been amazing in taking care of my mother’s cataract surgery and recovery. Her medical conditions required additional attention to which they all provided, including many questions answered (often the same ones) which helped her feel better about the procedure. Thank you all!
See a doctor get well don’t die alone
I carry a spare mask and just now gave it to an older man at Community Medical Associates. He had a faceshield but no mask and they were going to turn him away!! I share his utter frustration! It's pretty bad when the medial professions will deny treatment over a mask!!! If anything? At least keep some mask at the facility for situations like this one. Stop messing over there patients. I have no respect for them any more. I have been making payments but since I can not go see the doctor I might as well pay a doctor I can actually go see.
Receptionist could have better personalities. My opinion is that they reflect what is allowed by the Doctor they work with or for.
My regular dr has his practice there very Experienced dr
