I've been living here 18 years and it was ok until Cabot Group took over. They immediately raised the rent significantly, switched my lease from 12 months to 6 months then back to 12 months with over $100 increases in rate each time. Now I'm trying to leave and they want 4 months rent for 2 months living. They've made no improvements to my apartment. I've been living here for a year and have had a great experience. The apartment is conveniently located, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff are also very helpful and responsive.
