I have been living here at Community Manor Apartments for just under a year now. Between my move-in process, maintenance, and communication with the Leasing Office Staff (particularly Laurie), my residence at this complex has been stellar for my first renting experience. I have enjoyed living here so much that even though I was looking to upgrade to a bigger space, after looking seriously at 1 other Cabot Group property, I am choosing to stay at Community Manor Apartments, and upgrading to a 2 bedroom with my partner. Been here since 2017 and you can’t beat the location. It’s getting more and more rare for apartments to allow pets, so this is one to keep in mind when you don’t want to move without your furry companion. Appliance issues/work orders are completed in a very timely manner and you’re never left wondering if or when someone will show up to help.
