They have failed to withdraw my associate dues from my account but have a late policy of $25.00. Not going to happen! I'm NEVER late and I have called several times to find out what was going on. NOBODY will answer their phone and I've left a message but no response. EVERYTIME, I call the answering service comes on letting you know that they are helping someone else....FOR 8 HOURS, NOBODY can answer the phone?? This is my first involvement with them, and I am NOT impressed!
