The Managment Group from hell!!! Rachael the manager all she cared about was adding clients. New from Vegas a through shame. Everything she said she will do she didn’t, everything we asked her no to do she did! Worse experience ever. The Board felt betrayed. MaLisa from corporate save the day. We still struggling with the transition out that should have ended on December .

They have 2 months of my HOA fee checks that STILL have not been deposited. They say we have to create a web portal but it says my address and email are wrong. I KNOW where I live and I KNOW my email. For over 20 years, fees were due on the 16th of the month. Now, without any advanced notice, the due date has been changed to the 10th. Horrible company!

They are very irresponsible and not to good at taking care of the community needs after a few calls to their office they start ingoring call and no one takes responsibility of nothing and the few times that i got to talk to somebody they don't know nothing or when they gonna take care of the problem in the cambridge community...
