This is the worst group of corrupt and inept "managers" I have ever had to give money to. They expect payment right on time, but refuse to return the safety lights into a very dark stairwell. The property is so infested with termites and carpenter ants they have caused massive leaking. I was told by Jennifer Jackson that it could be from raining inside the condo... unfortunately i have several townhomes that are mannage by CMG and their wont do anything to improve the quality of the place with exception of give fines for everything so they improve their income ,they will never answer a call ,you have to leave a message .
CMG Know's Their HORRRIBBBLE Reputation – That's their own employee gives the 1st review. I live in one of the property's they manage. I can't wait until the board fires this MONEY hungry gestapo riding through our neighborhood like they are Jail security patroling the imates. STOP putting fines on cars of people visiting the owners of the homes. STOP sending me fines for my trash can being left out overnight. DO A BETTER JOB at keeping the grounds and property maintained instead of trying to make extra money through fines. ... read more
