Horrible. Predatory and useless. Prepare to give them more money than anyone on the planet deserves. The quarterly charges are ridiculous to begin with and fully prepare to be slapped fees and additional charges if you are a second late. Additionally we have homes with no owners that continue to be overgrown and disheveled. Making the point of an HOA even more pointless. I have no idea where my money even goes.
