Horrible! If I could give NO Stars I would. Very poor experiences with management …. Unprofessional, condescending, reports provided are filled with mistakes and hurts residents who want to buy or sale in the communities they manage. Rose Bryant is a nightmare to deal with and a poor representation of leadership.
Charles Hackley is an amazing manager for Southlake Bowie. He is thorough, very responsive and pays attention to detail. He takes a lot of pride in not only keeping this community well maintained but also safe. This is my second time living in a new construction community and my previous experience can not come close in comparison.

As our Portfolio Manager, Quinn is wonderful to work with. She is very responsive and considerate of the issues you bring to her. She’s always willing to help and ensure that living in this Community is a positive experience. I’ve been on the Landscape Committee at my community if Frederick for the past four years, and working with Quinn from CMC has been an excellent experience. She is a pleasure to work with, always has the community’s best interests at heart, and communicates clearly and effectively. Quinn’s knowledge and dedication make it possible for us to get projects done that truly improve the look and feel of our neighborhood.
