Horrible, recently moved into Tanyard Shores Community and have left several emails and voicemails for payment of Hoa fees with no response! Terrible, hope this is not a sign of how things are ran in the community
The staff is reliable, professional and friendly. Amber is truly the best!
Difficult to get in touch with to deal with issues that may arise. They don’t cash your HOA checks on time and then charge late fees for the checks they don’t cash!!! If you pay online, you pay an extra processing fee. Ridiculous!

After it being there fault my HOA didn’t return to autopay, and I then paid including all the fees they forgot to reset our access to amenities and this was over two months ago that been paying again. The incompetence is astronomical.. avoid this HOA at all costs.
