I have been a mortgage lender for 35 years and this was the most responsive and knowledgeable management company I have ever spoken to. Often when a lender has questions about a condo associations budget, reserves, and even delinquencies the turn time in responsiveness is almost Nonexistent. Not only was the customer support agent helpful but once they got me in touch with the management companies administrator, they were knowledgeable, courteous, and happy to help.
