I wanted to comment on some of the staff at the Sterling. I think Kelly the property manager has done a great job communicating with the residents with her regular email updates. And front desk personnel Jasmine and Shani are very nice and pleasant to work with.
Kelly Ramsey was very helpful and professional. She responded quickly and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate her help.
I have lived in my community for 12 years. In those years I have had to reach out to our HOA a few times. With my recent concerns, I dealt with the assistant general manager, Cannon Smith, and have never been so pleased. Mr Smith promptly responded to my concerns AND within 24 hours everything I discussed with Mr Smith was all corrected! Thank you so much!
