We love CMC!!! We’re so grateful that they took over our HOA and it’s been great ever since. Communication is amazing, with weekly emails and it’s so easy to raise questions and concerns. We’re also grateful for Charles Hackley!!! He’s been so helpful to my husband and I and we’re thankful we have someone we can trust!! We appreciate everyone in this company as well!!!
Ms. Tammy Groth has excellent customer protocol. She was patient and helpful concerning my situation that had occurred with my account. She did her due diligence by letting me know how to handle the situation to resolve it with out further penalties. Thank You again for the Excellent Customer Service rendered.
Lynn Schmitt & Theresa have always been extremely helpful & super respectful with anything we ever needed from our HOA. They were always honest and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we got our requests or any information back as soon as possible.
