Ms. Dorie Tyson, Field Service Manager, received 5 stars from me because of her knowledge, Integrity, work ethic and personality!!! She was able to resolve two long overdue (2023-early 2025) problems that affected my condo: (1) busted gutter down spot and (2) water damage door frame. Ms. Tyson performed a required site visit to my home and selected the best Contractor who provided outstanding services. I was pleased to return from work see the problems were resolved! If I could leave zero stars I would. I currently reside in Takoma Phoenix Condominiums which is managed by this company. I have lived here going on my 5th year and it has been hell. They had just 1 person who was knowledgeable and returned calls but that wasn't for long. The current manager Meredith Craft does not. Good luck trying to speak with them as they are either out of office or just plain won't return your calls. Nothing gets done and when it does its poorly with no notice.
