Worst HOA experience – ongoing billing error and no accountability I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this HOA due to a serious and ongoing billing issue. I am deeply frustrated with the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from Community Management and Consulting, specifically Debbie. Recently, I was fined for an alleged loud music complaint with no proof provided and no direct contact from Debbie or anyone else regarding the issue. I live at Orangewood Village Condominiums south of Northern and west of 19th Ave and other than maintenance of the grounds and pool, our townhomes are run down looking with rotting wood, missing shake roof trim and leaking roofs despite a $7,000 special assessment to re-do them. Our insurance through American Family has quadrupled in price and I have also had to enlist the assistance of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office to help correct fraudulent billing practices. Our community is going downhill. Cars parked long term on cinder blocks. People putting 10 + trees in the front yard. Trash and garbage in the streets and public areas. I’m just scratching my head wondering where my $68 a month is going.
