Our community is going downhill. Cars parked long term on cinder blocks. People putting 10 + trees in the front yard. Trash and garbage in the streets and public areas. I’m just scratching my head wondering where my $68 a month is going.

Update: The website has been down for months whats up? This is the worst HOA management company I've ever dealt with, not sure Why are they not hiring a new company? They need to maintain the paint through out, some of the balconies look like they are ready to fall down. This is ridiculous, Leibert needs to be replaced ,He's not even a realtor? Isnt that an AZ requirement for management companies for the owner to be a realtor? One more frivolous fine and I am suing (from the looks of it they don't need anymore lawsuits again... read more
Seriously, who is in charge of this place? I closed on my home almost two months ago and all attempted communication with this HOA “management company” has gone unanswered. I’ve called, emailed, and messaged through the online portal. Not a single response. How are homeowners supposed to feel owning a home in a community when the management company is so unresponsive? Ridiculous!
