Worst HOA experience – ongoing billing error and no accountability I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this HOA due to a serious and ongoing billing issue. For over 5 months, I have been charged twice under two different accounts for the same house. I have repeatedly called the office and sent multiple emails with no response.
