They have offshore customer service and nobody onshore will help me or call me back. I’ve placed 3 calls to them asking for help replacing my wife’s clicker for our E-Town property. Low budget HOA company you should avoid at all costs.
The worst customer service. You are not able to speak to anyone or get any answers. I'm a new homeowner to a community managed by Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville, and it has been a nightmare from day one. Nobody follows up to requests on the portal. ARC meetings get cancelled with no information, etc. Not sure what I'm paying for. Complete disappointment.

Unfortunately we have started out on the wrong foot with this office, and I really hope it turns around. It took ever 6 weeks and many phone calls and emails to get an account number to sign up for TownSq. When we did get account number it was incorrect as there were a few zeros missing. Thank goodness for Michelle and her help on this, she has been great. Now the other issue we have is over 2 months ago we had closing and paid fees for prorated 2nd qtr and full amount for 3rd quarter. our account is still showing this balan... read more
