A year ago I left a bad review regarding this "management association" and how I was frustrated that the residents in my neighborhood were being towed with no explanation and no one to contact about it. I was told this place has nothing to do with the unjust tows of residents living in their homes in my community so retracted the review. It took 5 plus months to recieve the 2024 financial statement. The has never been a response to my earlier emails - concerning claims that I did not pay timely - when in fact a cancelled check.
Education by Hans was very informative and insightful. I really learned a great deal.
A year ago, I gave them a 5 star review. I had great service and got all of my questions answered and help I needed right away. Now, we cannot get a hold of anyone. They have my neighbors deposit for an application that they will not return, no one will call me back or reply to my needs and we cannot get a thing done. I have wasted so much time to try to get things taken care of. I am sick about it. So frustrating. I agree with the other reviewer that said they wished they could rate as zero stars.
