Sickening. Unethical. Illegal. Leachlike. Much worse then other entities.
Called and they worked with me to resolve the debt. They were a lot more helpful then other agencies I've dealt with.
this is a company that violates fair credit act and reporting. per 802-816 they need to validate the debt, provide you a chance with arguing it its against our rights to be served with out the proper service and time. definitely against the fair credit reporting act to summons people with out following the rules
this is a rude place to deal with, they tell me oh dont worry just let it go to court and it will be just fine.. so now i owe another $500.00 thanks for working with me. I called today to see if i could pay it off, they were so cooperative.. and hung up on me. i asked to many questions, left two messages and no call back. they dont record calls so you cant prove what was said the BBB should shut these places down ...
Worst place ever. They charge illegal fees and think they are above the law.
