I have been asking for a hearing and audit of my account with email for a few years now. I fell threw the railing taking out the garbage, lost 5 teeth and broke my shoulder and gashes and bruises. I place hasn't been inspected for years, I had an appointment for inspection 11/12/25 no call no show. Next day Kayla said he was there, my response was no, Kayla said I'm not going to ARGUE with you. I called Ms. Butterworth and Ms. McCullough neither one of them called me back. I HATE CMA
I miss the first company that managed my stuff.I was told I could get a second inspection.they called me back just being rude and making excuses never setting a date to schedule another inspection.You guys need to do better.
Terrible management company. They haven't returned my calls or replied to my emails in months. Charged me for rent I do not owe and refuse to backdate the rent or correct the error. As a result the landlord is ow attempting to evict me for the back payments.
I can't get any one to call me back or email me and it's about my voucher I'm homeless living in my jeep and they won't even call me back. I really need help. I paid off the apartment, but no one will help me and I don't know why
Got to the top of the voucher list, I sent all paperwork in immediately. I was ecstatic. Waited over two months, then was notified they didn’t receive my paperwork. I am absolutely devastated and nobody will reply to my emails. For a person on a fixed income and desperate for assistance, there is no worse news. I am struggling to cope with this development.
