Sadly, I've had several situations from association. The one that is truly the worst situation is before I move in I was told they weren't going to build houses behind my home. However they did, the problem is the water. It floods bad. There were a lot of trees behind me. Instead of planning the home's lot size outside of the stream they decided to divide the properties in the middle of this stream. It has caused my side to remain constantly damp land.
