Hands down the worst HOA that has existed. They do NOT help you with a single incident. They will continue to tell you “HOA has no authority”. Our neighsbors have had broken down vehicles in their driveway, on jacks with flat tires for over a year. Their yard is littered with trash, blowing into our yard on a daily basis. Still waiting on a refund check from over billing me multiple times due to their clerical error when changing systems. No one will return emails or calls. I got an email stating my refund will arrive within 10 days in December 2023. No check. They have even ignored attorney letters and calls. As a real estate broker, this is not a company to trust with your HOA money. Please handle your accounting problems. Thank you.

I've lived in my complex 15 years and this company is hands down the worst. Dawn never fixes anything or returns calls, yet they have plenty of time to send fines when we have broken pipes, trash piled around the complex and recently they "cleaned" the gutters and left all the trash on our back patios and it fell into my brand new AC unit! All they care about is taking peoples money and doing as little in return as possible. Our board doesnt even stand up and it's absolutely out of hand.
The absolute worst. Our HOA manager NEVER answers the phone and selectively enforces the rules
