The Worst HOA out there!! Talk about a helicopter hoa approach with this company!! They are mad that a new roof is getting installed after storms! Yeah let me pause to please this company but have water leaks inside the home. They say we need plans to send it for the same roof that was placed say day one- a complete new roof what’s to pause until they get their “plans” but who cares if the home is being damaged while we wait for this looser company to approve! Complete stupidity!!! Ñ

As newcomers to the neighborhood, we required assistance navigating the communities rules and regulations to ensure compliance. He consistently demonstrated kindness, providing invaluable insight and exhibited patience. His support significantly facilitated our transition into the neighborhood.
CMA is managing/overseeing the management our HOA at Canterbury Hall Condominiums in Nashville … Erica our manager is helping to keep our HOA from progressing into the future. The people running our hoa should not legally be over the hoa due to the amount of debt they are carrying. HOA has proven to mismanage their money and ours. I recently came to know Erica Sullivan from Community Management Associates (CMA), who joined as our new community manager. Although my interactions with her have been few and brief, they’ve been very positive. She has been quick to respond to my emails and has come across as both friendly and professional. From what I’ve seen so far, Erica truly cares about the communities she manages. Erica Sullivan has managed our property for 3 years. From the beginning, she has been eager to help our community run more efficiently as we navigated the transition from the developer. She is also an excellent historian and source of references. I am continued to be impressed with her character and responsiveness. I highly recommend her.
