Horrible experience renting through them. You’ll NEVER get an answer from the property manager, & when you do, it’s several days later & is not helpful at all. They will lie to you & say the owner has decided to sell the property as to not renew the lease, & they will rent the property out to someone else. No matter how much you clean or what you do to make your home look better than when you moved in, you will still be charged a “maid service fee” that’s NOT in your lease upon leaving.
