Disappointed you can never get a call back even from reception noone ever answers phone. When u try to get ahold of someone emailed someone 4 times left message 2 times no response when things are urgent need to be discussed not very good customer service towards client or potential clients . Need to answer phones respond to emails and calls little better
Sandra and Fatima have been a pleasure to deal with. Glad I got a referral to them for my ODSP hearing. Based on case law I will win in November. Highly recommend anyone needed the legal advice they offer to contact them. If you need help or legal advice these are the service offerings free of charge. Its better then paying $500 an hour for a private retainer lawyer.
