I can't say enough good things about buying a car from Uriel at Kia. He isn't pushy, worked with us to find the right vehicle, and made the whole experience awesome. Buyers Beware! I had a 2016 Kia Forte. I brought it in to be serviced for 100,000 maintenance. They told me the car was told n great shape, that I took excellent care of the vehicle. One month later, the engine seized up and broke down. It was towed back to Kia for service. Because the maintenance department didn't do a complete maintenance at the prior service, a piston broke. I was told it needed a new engine ($6,000). When I asked why this was happening, they couldn't tell me. They said the Forte has these "known issues".... read more

Uriel and the rest of the team at community kia of Bloomington made our car buying process a breeze. I was dreading going car shopping but this experience was unlike any other.
