Spent 15 mins on the phone with someone getting a quote for a car. Was told to look out for an email with this quote and signing information needed to begin the policy and take the money. Wait a few mins for said email and there’s nothing. So I call back and say my name and that I had just spoken with someone about a quote. The person says nobody here has spoken with you. Person that answers sounded like the person I spoke with both times.
