Spent 15 mins on the phone with someone getting a quote for a car. Was told to look out for an email with this quote and signing information needed to begin the policy and take the money. Wait a few mins for said email and there’s nothing. So I call back and say my name and that I had just spoken with someone about a quote. The person says nobody here has spoken with you. Person that answers sounded like the person I spoke with both times.

Luis was awesome to work with he made sure I saved money ,but also got the great coverage that I needed. Luis saved me a bunch of money compared to what I was paying my other insurance company. He was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the policy I chose
