My daughter had low O2 sats in the upper 80’s. We were told by our MD to take her to the closest Hospital. We went to community south. The staff was rude at the admission counter but I chalked it up to being busy. I left my daughter in tears as I could not be with her. They put a pulse ox on her and left the room. No one did a full set of vital signs, or even put a stethoscope to her chest. No chest X-ray and no labs. They shoved a swab up her nose, threw papers in her lap. Told her to get dressed and leave. Everyone is rude, lacking compassion and hospitality that we have dealt with in the past few months in this hospital except the ultra sound tech "Taylor". and she was wonderful.

Of recent a very close friend has been in the ICU. The nurses and doctors have been so very caring, informative, honest and accommodating to us his family. I know mere words cannot express our gratitude to the Frontline workers, but please know, from our heart to yours, we appreciate you. ❤👏🇺🇲

My dad is missing and this is his last known location after testing positive for covid. The hospital has refused to work with me on finding out his location or even if he's died. its to the point where the police have become involved and the hospital still refuses to give me answers.
