It's hit and miss with these guys it just is .I usually reach out to these guys by phone and email.I live in one of their communities in Martinsville VA and it's hit and miss with the property and it's team also where I live. The community is just barely ok and so is the company that manages it.However ok is not so bad these days I guess.

We recently closed on our first ever home with the help of CHP and everything went so smoothly! I found about about CHP from a seminar that took place at work and it was very obvious even from my first contact they were incredibly helpful and professional.
