This place is all about money and just wants to keep billing you're insurance for you to keep coming in and them not giving you the proper meds that will do the trick to get you well. If you are going to go DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT get seen by or deal with Dr Mark A Feldner. This guy is a complete jerk, arrogant and has a very nasty unprofessional know it all attitude. I had two very good experiences with this clinic. I needed to be scene on an urgent basis. Both times the staff was courteous, sympatric and caring. Received immediate Xrays and prompt care. I am very pleased with this facility.
I called to get an estimated cost for putting tubes in my son's ears. Three years prior it was ~4k, but nobody in the billing, surgery center (where the procedure is done), Don Fesko's office or anyone else my wife and I could speak to would give even so much as a range of cost, like 7-10k depending on the doctors needs for this routine surgery. Doctor was insensitive and sounded like she was reading from a script. Nurses and staff were rude and acted like I was a bother. Would NOT recommend this place.
