Registration is great, nurses are good, except the bigger lady with blonde hair and glasses. Dr. Lowe is, for lack of a better word, an asshole. He could care less about patients in pain. Chronic pain patients end up in the ER from time to time. He's just an asshole. Dr. Lange isn't the greatest either but not too bad. Point is, if you go, and see Dr. Lowe, just leave. Dr. Sanders is awesome!!!
I have never walked out of a hostpital feeling like a worthless druggy bc of what my dr did. I will never go back to this hostpital and I will not refer anyone.
Friendly, caring staff....my first choice for the best care...
Phone staff seems friendly enough, and cannot be held responsible for hospital billing policies, but 5 months of waiting for a <$50 overcharge to be resolved is pretty ridiculous. The clinic we used is now affiliated with the hospital and we probably won't be going back.
We brought our son in yesterday afternoon for some tests. First blood and then a CT scan. CT scan came back reporting that my son had appendicitis. So staff immediately got things ready for surgery. Surgery was a success and my son is home healing with minimal pain. From admitting, ER nurses, ER doctor to the Surgical team my family cannot thank your entire team enough. You all showed my son and our family that you care!
